Postcards From Maui

I just got an e-mail from Severely with news and images from his trip to Maui and he asked me to share them with you since he can't figure out how to log onto the site, "in the state I'm in", as he puts it. I don't know what he means by that--he should be able to log on from the state of Hawaii just fine. Mystery.
Anyway, here's the stuff.

Before the flight, he stopped off in the airport bar for some liquid courage. It's hard to believe, but he's afraid of flying. That doesn't sound like the Severely we all know and tolerate, but it's a fact.

As it turned out, they had to wait hours for the the flight to be called, so he decided to take a little nap in the passenger lounge.

Upon arrival, he rented a car and they took off for the hotel. Unfortunately, he can't remember where he parked it, so they've been walking since.

The wedding was lovely and the reception went on into the wee hours, with Severely bustin' moves on the dance floor. Apparently he made quite an impression.

It's OK, though, they got him back to the hotel and into bed before dawn.

 

So, not to worry, he'll be back soon, no worse for the wear.
